These Terms of Service govern: (1) your use of the claudeandthecode.com website, (2) the license for the digital book, and (3) information about your purchase and consumer rights.

Note: Gumroad acts as merchant of record and processes payments. Payment processing is governed by Gumroad's Terms. Product usage is governed by these terms.

Gumroad Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Gumroad. Refund requests are handled according to Gumroad's refund policy at their discretion. You can submit refund requests through your Gumroad purchase page.

EU Consumers (14-Day Statutory Withdrawal Right)

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived when you provide express consent to immediate delivery.

Minor updates (typo fixes, clarifications) may be issued free of charge. Major revisions are separate products.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal changes or business practices. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Existing purchases remain governed by the Terms in effect at purchase time, unless changes benefit the customer.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions achieving similar economic effect.
